This stay is operated by Axel Schulz & Daniel Gottschalk, tax ID (NIF) 306 308 690, registered address Rua da Escola Hoteleira 8, 9000-246 Funchal, as a licensed short-stay rental in Arco da Calheta, Madeira. By sending a booking request you accept the conditions below.

Bookings and payment

Requests sent through the website are confirmed by email; a booking is only final once confirmed. Bookings made via Airbnb are also governed by that platform’s terms.

Check-in, check-out and capacity

Check-in and check-out times are communicated on booking confirmation. The maximum number of guests matches the capacity stated for each unit.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking (on the channel used) applies. For direct bookings, cancellation conditions are communicated on confirmation.

Liability and governing law
